About This Project

Patience and persistence are key in any long negotiation.
There were moments I almost gave up, but eventually it happened, and it happened big.

After two years without a company event, a leading cyber firm XM Cyber asked us to “bring everyone back together with impact.”
280 employees, diverse backgrounds (including observant communities), and a challenge: creating genuine connection in a demanding period.

Instead of rushing to attractions, I began with three guiding principles:
• Respect diversity – everyone should find their place.
• Embed corporate responsibility – create value beyond the company walls.
• Practice sustainability – minimize waste, maximize positive impact.

Why Dream Island?
We chose open spaces, water, and nature – allowing a modular, authentic experience. Less artificial show, more genuine flow.

How does everyone find their place?
An “experience map” replaced a fixed schedule:
Yoga and wellness zones, cocktail workshops, off-road rides, spa treatments, wine tastings, and a mid-day pool party.
Everyone chose freely and joined with real motivation.

Respecting communities:
A dedicated pool for religious participants and activity zones that honored diverse values. Thoughtful design turned diversity into strength.

Corporate responsibility with emotion:
Together with עמותת אלון ואלה, employees prepared care packages for soldiers and built planters for Kibbutz Zikim.
It wasn’t just “doing good” – it was shared purpose, faces, and stories that lasted beyond the day.

Sustainability in practice:
• Useful gifts – sunglasses, Havaianas, and hats employees still use.
• Chef-crafted lunch that reduced waste.
• Local vendors – less logistics, more quality.
• Minimal branding – beautiful, not wasteful.

We ended with a unifying pool party and a live show from one of Israel’s top artists – closing with emotion, not just a timeline.

Key takeaways:
• Persistence pays off – stay consistent and positive.
• Strong vendor partnerships multiply success.
• Freedom of choice fosters belonging.
• Responsibility and sustainability aren’t trends – they’re the foundation of modern event design.

Grateful to all partners who helped us bring these values to life.
