XM Cyber | Connection with purpose
S-IMPACTS brought 280 XM Cyber employees together at Dream Island for a day built around inclusion, choice and shared purpose. Guests chose from wellness, workshops, outdoor activities and a pool party, with dedicated spaces that respected different communities.
Alongside the celebrations, employees prepared care packages for soldiers and built planters for Kibbutz Zikim with Alon and Ella. Local suppliers, practical gifts and considered catering supported a more sustainable event, ending with a live performance.
