The 2025 international investment summit for PATRIA, hosted at the iconic St. Regis in New York, marked yet another high point in our ongoing partnership with this leading global firm. Following the success of their London 2024 & 2023 event, which we proudly produced, we were once again invited to craft a premium experience—only this time, on an even grander scale.
This was no ordinary conference. With guests arriving from across the globe—Brazil, London, Washington, and beyond—the event spanned two full days of programming, with a VIP day followed by broader panels and activations. We joined the project at a critical stage, stepping in for a previous producer just weeks before the event. From that point on, we took charge with precision and creativity.
We restructured the entire lineup, coordinated dozens of international vendors, and worked closely with the client’s VP of Marketing based in Brazil, as well as the St. Regis teams in New York. Every element—logistics, guest accommodations (spanning over 80 rooms!), catering, branded signage, interactive spaces—was fine-tuned to deliver elegance, clarity, and business impact.
The venue was transformed into a versatile, multi-space experience, including branded lounges, private panel areas, and open networking environments. Each area was curated to reflect the company’s bold vision for the future, blending sleek aesthetics with functional storytelling.
A Standout Moment: The surprise keynote speaker, a former NFL Super Bowl player, took the stage and delivered an unforgettable motivational address that became the talk of the summit. This was a masterclass in high-stakes event execution—where branding met strategy, and global logistics met storytelling.
